Mami Chef Artisan Bakery started with one simple conviction: bread should taste like something your grandmother made — honest, patient, and full of warmth.

Every morning, our bakers arrive before dawn to hand-fold each loaf, build layers in every croissant, and let sourdough rise the way time intended. No shortcuts. No preservatives. Just flour, water, salt, and the kind of care that shows in every bite.

Our sourdough rests 24 to 48 hours. That patience builds flavor, digestibility, and the signature open crumb our regulars love.

Each piece is hand-formed. We bake on stone for that deep, crackling crust and a tender interior that pulls apart beautifully.
